We leverage this by running Doomstorming workshops that let people explore all the failure states associated with your strategic and tactical outcomes. Even better, we don't just Doomstorm the failures; we also Doomstorm what we could do about them.

When will we know it's coming?
What does "survive" look like? What does "thrive" look like?
What are we going to do about it?
What options do we have?
What decisions need to be made?
Who will make the decisions?
